Have you tried barre? Do you want more yoga in your life? Why not take both in one hour?

B+Y is why the studio formed--to give you time to strengthen and tone your body like a ballerina--but also breathe, find fluid movement, and connect with your body like true yogis. Every class is different, with each focusing on working the major areas of the body, keeping proper form, and providing mental benefits as well.

What to wear: leggings or form fitting pants that will not hinder your movement, a comfortable top

How to arrive: bring a mat and water (we have both if you do not), drop your things in a cubby, say hey to your friends, and then find a place in the room to sit or stand and wait for class to begin!

To book a spot in this class you must sign-in. If you do not have an active pass you will be prompted to purchase one first before making a class reservation.
