An athletic yoga class with dynamic movement, plenty of vinyasa flows, and more challenging postures to keep you challenged and moving on your mat. 

If you are hoping to practice more advanced postures--this is the class for you. 

What to wear: form fitting clothing that does not hinder movement

What to bring: a mat, water and towel

What to expect: this class will make you sweat; place your things in a cubby, set up your mat where you like, and feel free to sit in a resting pose or try some gentle stretches before class begins
