Sometimes you just need to move! In our all levels class you will breathe, move, sweat and set intention for YOUR body.

Challenge yourself, or take it easy--we will offer modifications as well as more challenging postures to cater the class to our students present.

To book a spot in this class you must sign-in. If you do not have an active pass you will be prompted to purchase one first before making a class reservation.
