A perfect recovery for your tough Monday b+y practice! In gentle yoga you can expect all of the beneficial postures for stretching the body, creating strength, and mentally tapping into your core and major muscle groups--without too many vinyasas, inversions, or tricky postures. 

This is the perfect class for the beginner, or someone looking to practice and move without becoming too tired for the rest of the day. 

What to wear: clothing that allows free movement

What to bring: a mat and water, towel if you like

How to prepare for class: place your things in a cubby, unroll your mat where you like in class and have a seat or take a resting position until class begins
